30-Day No Risk Evaluation Policy
Bytewise Sensors offers a “30 Day No Risk Evaluation” which provides each customer the opportunity to purchase and try equipment risk free for 30 days from the date of shipment. If the equipment does not meet their needs, the customer may return it in like-new condition for a full refund of their purchase price, excluding shipping.
This offer is valid for the first 30 days from the date of shipment.
If a customer chooses to return the equipment, the customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Bytewise. The customer must contact Bytewise by email at sensors@bytewise.com or by phone at 678-807-8400 within 30 days of the shipment date to request a refund by providing all of the following:
- Company Name and your purchase order number if provided
- Contact name, phone number and e-mail address under which the purchase was made
- Order-confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail
- State the reason for return
The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages, replacement cost and/or repair cost. The system will be tested and evaluated immediately upon return. Any major damage will be communicated to the customer and deducted from the refund. Otherwise, Bytewise will refund 100% of your purchase price by crediting your credit card account. The policy does not reimburse shipping cost incurred during transaction.
The customer is responsible for shipping cost back to Bytewise plus any insurance, duties, taxes and custom clearance. Please see Terms and Conditions page for detailed explanation of customer responsibilities.
